We stripped off all the old product on this neglected property, the customer framed up two dormers and then we Installed Certainteed Landmark PRO shingles, Sheffield Standing Seam metal roofs and James Hardie 2 tone siding in Mountain Sage shake and Heathered Moss plank with Cobblestone trim.
2. The Metal Dream
This old home was drowning in warm tones. The customer hired a painter to give it a cool new look, with the roof as the accent point. The customer went with the ever popular "Matte Black" Standing Seam Metal Roof... great choice.
3. The Modern Vision
We stripped the exterior down to the bones and installed new Certainteed Luxury Shingles with Metal porch roofs, Brazilian Hardwood Siding & Certainteed Clapboard Siding in "Slate Gray". Black aluminum soffit, trim & gutters to bring it home.
