Bonner Master Roofing Celebrated the Media Fall Festival!
A little rain couldn't dampen the fun at this year's Media Fall Festival!
The Bonner Master Roofing team had a great time spending the day with the community in
downtown, Media PA. Despite the intermittent rain, the streets were filled with families, friends, and visitors enjoying everything the festival had to offer.
A Hands On Roofing Experience
One of the hilights of our day was giving festivalgoers the opportunity to try their hand at roofing!
Visitors of all ages stepped up to experience what it's like to install cedar shake shingles and natural slate tiles. From children giving it their first try, to adults testing their skills, it was fun watching everyone get involved.
It was also a great opportunity to introduce people to two traditional roofing materials that require craftsmanship, precision and attention to detail. Cedar shake and slate tiles are historic to the Philadelphia area and can be seen on houses in the Delaware County, PA area such as Media, Swarthmore and Newtown Square.
A Special Guest Made a Splash!
Another big hit with guests of the festival was our seagull mascot!
Plenty of visitors stopped by to say hello, pose for photos and share a few laughs with our feathered friend.
While our roots are firmly planted in the Media and Swarthmore, PA area, our seagull often takes flight and heads down to the Jersey shore! Whether it's a home in Delaware County, or a coastal property down the shore, we're excited to continue building relationships with homeowners throughout the PA/NJ/DE region.
Thank You, Media!
The weather may not have been perfect, but the turnout and enthusiasim cerainly made up for it.
We loved seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new neighbors and watching people of all ages get a firsthand look at the roofing trade.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried their hand at installing shingles or slate, or snapped a photo with our seagull.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the next community event!
Bonner Master Roofing is proud to serve homeowners in Media, Swarthmore and the surrounding Delaware County, PA communities. We are excited to continue our work at the shore and beach points all year long. From traditional slate tiles, cedar shake and asphalt shingles for replacements to repairs, our team is committed to always putting craftsmanship first.
