The 100 year flat roof! This 1880's French 2nd Empire, "Historically Registered" home on Orange St. / Baltimore Pike in Media, PA had a leaky corroded tin flat roof. The customer wanted to historically restore the metal roof but with a copper upgrade that will require zero maintenance for up to 100 years! A tedious job fabricating the 24" x 18" panels for 2 days and installing and soldering every panel for another 3 days. This homeowner was a true pleasure to work for and we were very happy to be a part of extending the legacy of this great piece of history in "Everybody's Hometown" of Media!
