We are a super fast growing company that provides homeowners & businesses with innovative exterior remodeling, leak detections and specialty metal work. We fit our customers with their needs from standard installations to complete custom systems and restorations.

We are a Certified Shingle Master company, on the Historical Society and the #1 trusted metal roofing & copper installer in the area. We are constantly in research and development of new systems, training new crew members and are gaining new customers daily through great referrals.

This is for you if:

You have experience in the Roofing Industry and have a great eye for detail.

You are articulate and communicate extremely well “in person”, and over the phone.

You like to work with a team to problem solve and get things done.

You are passionate about preparation and completing projects on or under budget.
-
You are experienced with CRM's, spreadsheets, Apps, and have a good grasp of technology.

You enjoy driving to multiple sites and being outdoors.
In the role you'll be:
-
Creating material, labor & expense orders for maximum forecasted profit.
-
Arranging the workflow schedule for maximum efficiency & weekly revenue.
-
Communicating & addressing scope, schedule, issues & warranties with customers.
-
Developing project workflow & installation plans for maximum efficiency.
-
Logging & analyzing job expense reports.
-
Managing job safety & meetings.
-
Managing job site marketing opportunities: Project photos, customer reviews, referrals, branding (yard signs, uniforms, vehicle magnets).
