It does't seem this 100 year old home has ever seen a roof replacement in its life. This old gal had 2 layers... I repeat... 2 LAYERS of cedar shake on top of each other and 3 layers of fiberboard and shingles about 4" thick! That's right, 16 Tons and what do you get? New Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles with copper valleys, copper gutters, custom copper drain boxes, a TPO flat roof with 3 Velux Skylights and all new plywood.
