What you'll lead:

  • A growing team of residential and specialty roofing sales reps

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development of new talent

  • Clear sales processes, expectations, and performance standards

  • Forecasting, pipeline health, and margin discipline

  • Tight alignment between sales, estimating, and production
